This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

There is a small chance for a thunderstorm this afternoon. Severe
weather is not expected.

Runoff from recent rainfall will result in rises on some area rivers,
including minor flooding potential at a few locations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Runoff from recent rainfall will result in rises on some area
rivers through late week, including minor flooding potential
along a few rivers.

Thunderstorms are possible Thursday night into Friday. Organized
severe weather is not anticipated at this time, but a few stronger
storms could occur.

Thunderstorm chances return Sunday into Monday. It is too early to
discern any potential severe weather risk at this time.

A few non severe thunderstorms are possible northeast this
afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

More widespread thunderstorm chances will return Thursday night
into Friday. A few strong to severe storms are possible west
Thursday night.

Other chances for storms are in the forecast off and on Sunday
into early next week. The severe weather potential for next week
will be better determined in the coming days.

flooding and elevated river and creek levels today. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop once again this
afternoon and evening. Severe storms are not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Thunderstorm chances return to the area Thursday afternoon and
night into Friday. A few strong to severe storms are possible
Thursday afternoon and evening, mainly over central Minnesota.

There is a Marginal risk for severe weather on Friday for the
entire outlook area. Some storms may become severe, with damaging

tributaries. While additional flooding may not occur today,
precautions may be advisable at several locations. Refer to the

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Recent heavy rainfall will lead to rises on rivers and their
tributaries through the end of the week, with some river flooding
possible by the Memorial Day weekend. Refer to the latest river
level forecasts for additional information.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible Thursday
afternoon through Friday morning. A few storms in western
Minnesota may be strong to severe, with large hail and damaging
winds the main hazards.

Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

There is a chance of thunderstorms today, mainly across northern
and central Wisconsin. Severe weather is not expected with any of
these storms.

River and stream levels will continue to rise, especially over
central Wisconsin where 1 to 3 inches of rain fell on Tuesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

There is a continued chance of thunderstorms on Thursday afternoon,
mainly across northern Wisconsin. Severe weather is not expected
with any of these storms.

There is a better chance for widespread thunderstorms Friday
into Friday night. The risk of any of these storms becoming severe
appears to be low.

There is a potential for a few rivers to reach bankfull or even
reach minor flood stage Thursday into Thursday night.
